Intro Series
Four week courses

An introduction to the basics of Iyengar Yoga: Alignment, breath and relaxation techniques.

Are you looking for more balance in your life? Do you need to de-stress and relax? Are you intersted in developing strength and increasing flexibility? Iyengar Yoga can offer you all this and more.
