The Intro Series is a four week introduction to the basics of Iyengar Yoga: alignment, breath and relaxation techniques.

A great way to get started or introduced to the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga. Participants can later purchase the New Student Special.


TUESDAYS 7.45-9.00PM with Jill McDonald starts FEBRUARY 7TH.
This course will lead to an ongoing beginning level class starting MARCH 6TH
